Took a little walk between the raindrops. Couldn't find the building permit but you can see what I mean by it looks like they've started shoring at the south end of the site.
Pretty sure this one should be updated to under construction. I can grab a picture next time I walk by but there's a pile driver on site. Looks like shoring work has begun.
