pretty high rate...so how do we calculate the rent? is the net difference divided by 12 then multiply by 7.49% (e.g. let say remaining balance is $500K / 12 X 7.49% = $3,750 monthly? Also, is the gym open now?

For those who just moved, did you pay the last 5% down payment on the day of occupancy date? Should this be paid on occupancy or closing date? What’s the mode of payment, money order or direct deposit charge?

Mine is on 3rd week of Aug (South east) but I haven’t received any call yet. I hope they will reach out ahead of time. Anxious how it looks like?

What kind of insurance we need for this newly condo. Obviously, we don’t own this yet, so not sure what protection we need here? We’re moving in Aug.

I’m assuming your moving date would be mid-July, am I correct? Did they give you breakdown of monthly rental payment? I heard our lawyers will be in touch to discuss these details? Not sure if you’re renting at this point but have you given termination notice yet to your landlord?
