Has anyone had their unit appraised? Or any idea on how much they are worth? We’re trying to decide if we should put more down.

There are 2 units posted for rent on Realtor.ca and they show the interior.

We walked into the area where the townhouses are. We weren’t able to get into the unit because it was closed off and it wouldn’t have been safe. I think the vibe of the neighborhood is what’s making us a little anxious. But it seems no one else feels that way so maybe it’s nothing. Anyone know...

Is anyone else concerned about the ease of access to the townhouses? We went there yesterday and just waltzed in. We’re in Block B so right in front and a little worried about how easy it would be for someone to just walk-in.
