Thanks! These are some of the marketing renderings by Emblem. I was more curious to know what is the condition of the actual location site now that they’re launching soon. Have they started to prep for demolitions or businesses are still running there?

Anybody knows what is the condition of the site location as of today and where is the presentation centre? Emblem is going to launch the sales very soon. Need to know if this project has potential or it’s just fluff. Their marketing looks very ambitious.

Not sure if there is going to be a 2nd phase here but the ground looks scraped. If the second phase is coming soon, boy it's going to be a challenge to sell those units considering the history here. If not, it's a beautiful view of the rubble in the ravines.
