    Toronto Auberge On The Park | 148.9m | 45s | Tridel | Graziani + Corazza

Just a rumour, but one of my old neighbours works at Charmaine Sweets, a great little bakery currently located on the Southeast corner of Vanderhoof and Brentcliffe. She mentioned that the retail location under the 3rd Auberge tower is a potential location for a future move. As a big fan of...

A cafe or even a convenience store seems like such a no-brainer to me - the Sunnybrook Park crowds would love a nearby place to grab a drink.

There was an orientation Zoom call yesterday, and they noted final closing is targeting early 2024. They noted they typically do the closing 6-8 months after the first occupancies (which were from July 2023, putting 8 months at about April 2024). They mentioned targeting Jan-Mar 2024 for...

What does the parking situation look like? I might need to rent an extra spot and I'm wondering if that looks realistic.

Curious how much the bulk internet costs. I'm currently with Fibrestream, and I quite like paying less than $40 per month for internet...

I think they were right if the discussion is just the occupancy fees paid monthly until the units actually close. For my 2BR unit of just over 1,000 sqft, Tridel estimates I'll be paying over $4,700 monthly. For closing costs, I'm not super familiar, but your $50k minimum sounds in the ballpark.

Snacks: Rare finds, old favourites, flavours needed!

I've really only seen it used in the rice roll you mentioned (in Cantonese, we call it "Chee-fan", literally "sticky rice") Asian Legend makes a decent one (https://www.asianlegend.ca/en/detail/108/Glutinous-Rice-Roll--with-Pork-Floss-or-Sugar-) As a kid, I did enjoy just eating it as a snack...

Kinda funny to me that the statement seems to imply the loss of the car dealership and service centre as a big subtraction to the services in the area... It's not like this removes a school or grocery store. Also, can't imagine how this will affect traffic flow in the area if they add 2 more...
