My interim occupancy got pushed to Oct 31 for now

I’m in the north tower and mine got pushed to August 2024! Expecting another delay given their current speed

Hopefully they’ll finish the roof on both towers before the year ends

I don’t think so, I wouldn’t know if there is a website to track or somewhere to call the city to get update on the completion of the project

your interim occupancy might happen before the builder completely finishes the construction, but they won’t be able to transfer the title to you before the final inspection is done by the city which is after completion of the construction.

Official tentative occupancy date is Nov 2023. But realistically it’d be Q3 or latest Q4 2024. They’re just pouring the 10th-11th floor and if they start moving the project along faster, they’ll be able to pour a floor every 2 weeks

Hi, I was wondering if someone is kind enough to post some new photos of the construction? I recently moved away and can't drop by that easily anymore. I was curious if they finished the north and south podium yet? Thanks a lot
