Parade Condos (Concord CityPlace) - Real Estate -
Pics from our PDI today. We were a little underwhelmed with the size of the unit (860 sqft), but overall happy with the quality. Nice fixtures, bathrooms and appliances, but cheap cupboards. Also, we got a combo washer/dryer (1.6 cubic feet). Useless to us, and there is no 220V line for a...- Andiroo

Wow...not even one day per floor..unless they are skipping floor numbers like they do in some other CP buildings. Maybe you're actually in the 23rd floor but they call it the 35th? -

I bought on the 5th floor of the tower...my confirmed closing date is May 5th, 2011. Are there any other sites or forums for other Parade owners?
