I'm on the 7th floor. I had expected my Firm Occupancy to be sometime in December so was quite disappointed that it's February 26.

My 90 day deadline is August 29 so should know by then whether there will be an extension or not in my Final Tentative Occupancy date. I'll post when I receive news.

No, I didn't get an invite either. Regarding not having received notification prior to your 90 day deadline, you could call your lawyer and ask what the situation is. I'm to receive mine at the end of this month re any change in my Final Tentative Occupancy date scheduled for November 27.

I'm not worried because of the project's location in a desired neighbourhood and being in an area where there isn't a density of numerous high rise condos, some green spaces, a lot of amenities, great transportation, etc. Over time the project will increase in value which to date it has already.

My understanding is that new condos are occupied once nearly completed floor by floor and are in a status of Interim Occupancy with the building being Registered months or even a year later when it is totally complete and all the units are occupied. During that period one pays Interim Occupancy...

Given that my Second Tentative Occupancy Date of Oct. 31, 2023 and Final Tentative Occupancy Date of November 27, 2023 is only a month apart I expect my Final Closing Date would be around beginning January or the end. Lower floors may just make it in before Christmas!!

My occupancy is November 27 and am also on the 7th floor. Likewise, the correspondence I received from the builder is that by the end of August I am to be advised if there will be any further delay. Thanks very much for posting the latest photos.
