I received message from the builder in December said that the firm occupancy date is March 24 (Mid Rise Building). Does anyone know what time will the PDI be? Also can everybody share what kind of mortgage you all get?

Yes, the side faces St. Clair street is south side

I hope they can delay the occupancy to the end of next year, by then the interest rate might be much lower then now

If I understand it correctly, the builder still has another cushion to lay on, that is called the Outside Occupancy Date which is Oct 15, 2025. Don't feel optimistic when this date is mentioned in the email :(

I also received the message. it stated the Revised Final Tentative Occupancy Date which is March next year. Hopefully this date is the final one.
