Thanks for the info. Are the strikes over? If I am not mistaken I think the email said they are legally capped at 1.5 to 2 months? I would prefer not to get possession in the middle of winter so it helps if the strike pushes it out to spring but that is just me.- zman

Does anyone know or have an estimate of when the first few rows of townhouses near the building will be closing. Also any thoughts or estimates about townhouse rent in the area. I got a TH3A Garden of 982sq feet. Much appreciated!- zman
