Yeah I agree. This building could be built better but it has more character than a lot of all-glass condo buildings in downtown.

Actually, given that its neighbors are Peter & adelaide and Nobu, this one looks way better than it should be.

It's built by Gupta so I'm not surprised by the quality of the exteriors.

I walked past this building and it is not as bad as it looks in the picture. I personally like it better than all-glass condo and it's definitely better than Nobu.

The building looks pretty nice. I mean not like really nice but I think it does add character to the King West neighborhood.

Does anyone actually own or live in this building? I was thinking about purchasing through resale but for a new building, the maintenance is really high. I'm seeing almost a dollar per sqft. Is the building poorly managed or is it a luxury building? Can't really tell if it's luxury from outside.

That's a great news for the purchasers. At least the builder is trying to honor the contract and put some efforts in customer service not like Haven developments in the recent news.

Does anyone know if this building is directly connected to PATH like Harbour Plaza or ICE condo?

I thought as they add black cladding and gold glasses, this would loook better but it looks like it's getting worse.

Just by looking at the building, it's very hard to tell if this is a condo in Yorkville or some cookie-cutter condo in Brampton.

The building looks like a twin tower version of Theory condo at U of T campus.

This project's launched in 2017. Does anyone know why the project's moving slow? Aspen Ridge's pretty big developer from what I know so this is kinda puzzling. Other projects launched at the similar time (Panda, DuEast and etc) are already occupied...

Isn't this project launched sometime in 2015? Surprised seeing it still being built. It's not even a 50 story building...
