Hi Everyone! Does anyone on the construction team or one closely following this project tell me what you guys are expecting it to be completed ? Just a rough minimum estimate? I would not be quoting anyone such, it is just for me only. Thank you in advance.

It is very hard to solve a controversy and it takes number of years. So first off, it would take years to settle, and then sell. As the the group isn’t financially unstable, this project would not get cancelled. And by the time the group MAY gets sold, this project would be complete.

Hey guys i wanted to ask your opinion. They are selling one bed penthouse 466 sqft right now for 725k….I wonder if this is worth the price. What you all say. Also, do you have any info on how much are the upgrades worth in penthouse as compared to the normal unit .. ??
