Seems like there are many issues going on. I am still hopeful the builder will get it together and start acting in good faith (perhaps they can start with replying to emails and calls). In any case all the owners should be discussing together the issues when we get together at the board meeting.

Does anyone else find the fire alarm to be a bit excessive. Aside from being extremely loud, the strobe light seemed like a bit of overkill. Previous building I have lived in have not had strobe lights and they have also had a silence button. Seems like this building does not have that feature...

Sorry to hear that your PDI went so poorly. If you don't mind sharing, what were the problems? Just curious because I have my PDI coming up in a couple weeks and want to know if I should keep my eye out for anything in particular.
