Here's an updated list of tenants coming to the mall. Most, by spring 2025. I think the college won't be ready until the fall. The dental hygeine college will hold 400 students.

There's an incredible long term plan for this mall. St Louis Bar and Grill is now open. October we'll see Olive Branch and Rexall's expanded and renovated flagship store. There's a poster of around 12 new tenants and now, there's a huge 2 level GoodLife Fitness centre currently under construction

GoodLife Fitness is taking up 2 levels of the mall. There's more announcements soon on other tenants moving into the mall. Rexall, St Louis, the addition and Olive Branch all have openings scheduled for October 2024.
