    This is strange, I am on level 22 of building A and my occupancy date is April 12th. Wonder how your floor (level 23) has an earlier occupancy than mine (level 22). I haven't heard anything about my PDI or delays.

    Just curious how the interim occupancy would be lower than the total of these three... The interest on unpaid balance seems to be high (one person said 6.34 another said 7.49%). The estimated monthly taxes - would this be lower than the actual taxes? CE fees - again if 100% of fees is charged...

    This is super helpful. Any idea about Property taxes? Also, is the CE expenses being paid right now 100% of the estimated CE fees (even if all amenities are not available)?

    Wait, another person got a rate of 6.34%. How is there such a big difference? Isn't the rate standard across the board? Also, any idea on property taxes. What should we take as the assessed value of the property. Would it be same as the original purchase price or lower/higher?

    Any guesses by when this building would be ready? I have passed the construction a couple of times, but it doesn't look like they are pouring a floor every couple of weeks. It's more like a floor every month. At this rate it won't be ready till end of 2022.
