It's an odd one, because in person, the materials don't look as bad. Yes there's lots of them, of different colours and textures, but I think it deserves some time to grow taller, because the hight might visually elongate some of the cluttered lines. Park in the wait and see pile for now.

The installation of the cladding anchors and insulation on the columns is like the longest extended drum roll for that first panel of cladding. Luckily theres lots more to look forward to...

I really don't get the hate for this one. Is it an architectural marvel? not by any stretch. But a simple condo tower that'll be sandwiched between 4 towers covering each of its sides, with clean lines, and decent materials - can't say this about 70% of the new developments in the city.

Interesting to see the under the last poured floors there are no corner columns underneath them. Seems like it's the ones where the diagonal hangers begin/meet at that ceiling.

The way these forms just slide their way upwards is beautiful to watch!! 🤩

Its great real brick is being used here, and I still do have high hopes for this. Might be too early to tell, but I do fear that this colour may have a cinder block effect, similar to AYX (Davenport and Bedford) = not good.

What I'm loving here is that reality is by far better than any of the renderings!!
