I had actually called Liuna183 to see if i could get any sort of update a while ago and they had told me they believed the only trades left were ICI and Tiling. Their website just updated this week that ICI has signed a new deal but nothing on tile yet. If anyone has more info that would be amazing!

Johnnys post reminded me that I also took some photos on the 20th! It looks like they have started on the side exterior panels and have 2 floors drywalled or are in the process of drywalling.

I like to be optimistic. I think they could bring in some of the lower levels end of feb. We saw they have dry wall up on the first floor in the back 🤷‍♀️ I am hoping for April.

4th floor front has windows✨ it's hard to tell here but the way the panels alternate make some balconies appear a bit smaller which is a bit of a bummer but 🤷‍♀️

True, however things can change! Technically they are allowed to change design of building whenever really from my understanding 🤷‍♀️ Im glad they stayed with the black though.
