Yeah I know tower 1 is expected to start this summer (tower 2 may start as well too) but this detour is mainly for the relocation of the sewage/water drainage system to glenanna road, that’s currently under the parking lots at PCC. Once they’re moved, it will allow for tower 3 and 4 to proceed...

I have to agree, there’s no uniformity. I think they need to redo all the tiles in the mall(something durable, a lot of the tiles are cracked), remove the carpet, maybe even put windows above the store fronts similar to Yorkdale, just to let some natural light into those narrowed wings. In...

They already changed the carpets so not sure if they will remove it fully in the future

It’s part of Durham Live’s plan for a mixed-use mall (350,000 sq ft) with residential space,hotels/amenities. However the designs/plans aren’t set in stone. So they are likely to change.
