Someone that fights 'tooth and nail' on city council to add bike lanes. Let's just pretend that more than a 1/3 of the city does not use a car and continue the pace of extremely slow rollout of cycling infrastructure and lack of progress on Vision Zero...
No amount of "integration" of a highway can mask what a catastrophic piece of infrastructure this is for a high density urban centre.
It will be a great day when it's finally torn down. For the next few decades, we'll live with the regressive decision making of a bunch of dinosaurs on council...
