Not a confirmed fact, but for what it’s worth, during my unit PDI the Graywood rep said he heard the retailer’s going to be an Asian grocer that isn’t T&T :) If true then this is a much welcomed addition to the area!
Could it be Summerhill Market? Their Locations page mentions “4 beautiful store locations in Toronto, 1 in Aurora, and one on the way…”

$0.57/sq ft was the stated price for maintenance on the sales package and in the condo documents’ schedule VIII summary of the first year operating budget. But the builder cannot/did not confirm it in any of the homeowner seminars they’ve held so far.
Reviving this thread as the building's shaping up to close by end of the year according to the builder. Long shot but is anyone here an owner? What floor is your unit and when's your occupancy?
