    We were notified around the end of November of our occupancy in early February. They seem to try to give just a bit more than two months notice so people can resolve their current living situations. So you may be looking at a March date at the earliest.

    Given the current situation, I think the sales office is closed, so there wouldn't be any type of meet &greet. You could probably call or email the sales office and ask them. they may respond to emails. PDI won't probably be until September/ October if they are close to being finished.
