I'm so tired of the zig zag design I see it on these towers all over the GTAH so I'm actually happy they dropped that look. Is this a more boring design? Yes. Will it age better than the zig zags? Definitely!

Looking at the last photo posted, it looks to me that they are building the 3rd tower. Would that not be some concrete and form work that would be for the towers first floor beyond the podium or am I just seeing things?

A smaller scale version of The Well could work here it would be quite the community hub for this end of town. I'm only talking about the residential, retail and entertainment aspects I don't expect office tower component.
