    Yeah I agree. It really is a very bland and manicured site with nothing much to offer. I always thought the two existing buildings were such a waste of space, but I am glad they decided to keep them. One thing I hope they do differently is wrap the proposed podium around those existing buildings...

    I am doing case study on Emery Village as part of my masters paper, so I've done a bit of research on this area already. Although the development at Weston and Finch fell through,I think that area is still slated for mixed use development in the future. I don't know how that will materialize...
