    Okay, so IBI Group is the planning department/ designer. The owners of the properties are Collier and Ros-Bay; both of which haven't been involved in residential developments it seems? Ros-Bay has done commercial developments only. so this will be interesting!

    Hey, were you able to sell your unit on assignment for Reunion crossing? we might be considering doing the same, and just wondering if you had already gone through the process. i am aware that the developer does not allow owners to list their units publicly until after the occupancy. let me know!

    Absolutely! i've been to most of these places, and there are retail stores that are vacant currently but seem to be in the process of getting filled! i am hoping for some diversity in restaurants and get maybe a new Sushi place/ Shawarma joint, coffee shops, etc... I'd love if we had a board...
