Ya, I suppose they could still have to paint the railing white but why would they not do that before installing them. This monotone grey color is pretty depressing plus, the renderings show tall glass panels for the bottom floors with pillars for support, definitely does not look like that now.

Site as of July 19, seems like there's still quite a bit of exterior work and with the building not sealed yet, interior is probably very early phases.

So this development phase 1 and phase 2 do not seem to have broken ground at all, the parking lot is fenced off but no construction work is visible and no news has been provided since a Thanksgiving dinner in 2018 indicating that construction was set to begin soon. Has anyone seen any news on...
