I don't think anything is moving in soon. The groundwork is still heavily under construction, and there are barricades surrounding the building moreorless. I'm pretty sure the leased space is completely unfinished as well (i.e. barebones concrete). I would estimate late spring 2020 (May/June)...

are they more cohesively joining the gaps between the white balconies and white cladding going up the tower? I was driving by today, and it looked like a few sections on the north side were connected with angular pieces. I couldn't get any pictures unfortunately as I was driving.

I think you are being overly critical. I think we would all like to see the cladding run flush with the balconies, but other than that I notice no glaring issues. Do you honestly believe a piece will just fall off? Be serious here. Your biggest gripe is that is is half-finished. This is how...
