A handful number of documents popped up in the App as of lately, a lot of which are manuals on appliances: - Bosch Speed Oven (I'm guessing these are reserved for larger units?) - Fulgor Cooktop / dishwasher / fridge / oven / washer + dryer (2.2 Cu.ft????) - LG microwave oven (for studios? maybe?)

I really hope that's the case, as occupancy fee would be bananas on most of these units (hearing some paying as high as $5-6k / month, ouch).
