    Apparently in the 2017 – 2026 Capital Budget, the City has only allocated $14M with $863M of debt for Gardiner East, which is not enough anyways. I guess we'll see if this project will happen in the next couple of years.

    New Hi everyone, I'm interested in buying a house a block from the Ashbridge Sewage Plant but I'm worried about the odour. Can someone tell me how often does the smell get noticeable/disturbing? I've read that the City did a big odour treatment program in 2014 - has it helped?
