    365 Parliament Street and 295 Gerrard are the last TCHC buildings to be demolished as apart of Phase 3 and they will be demolished this fall, and Phase 4 can be expected to start sometime between 2019-2020. Phase 5 is tbd at this time.

    21 Tubman Avenue (midrise) will open in July 2018 and 110 River Street(high rise) will open in February 2019. There are 4 retail stores coming to the base of the podium however it is unknown which retailers will occupy the 4 spaces.
