First make sure you're in 3D mode. Then click on Add a Placemark. Hold your cursor over the object you wish to measure. The mechanical room of FCP shows me 369 metres above sea level, down at the very bottom right. Move the cursor a little bit to show the height of the main roof. It shows me 363...

Please, I urge everyone to go to Google Earth and measure the height yourself. Many have already done so, and the height they all came up with is 292 metres. Find out for yourself, don't take somebody else's word for it.
