I got a few shots from different angles on a walk in the area. This is starting to stand out versus the other condos in the vicinity.

The forested area on this site was cleared in August and a fence and gate is now up on the lot facing Jefferson Sideroad.

From June 27, 2025 some of the final form is starting to appear along with a bit more height. It's closing in on the height of the condo across the street.

Construction has started on this development. Bulldozers on site moving dirt around... Will grab pictures next time I'm in area.

Richmond Hill city council approved this project in 2024. A big factor in the approval was that this development is intended to provide affordable rental housing. The gas station on the site was torn down a few months ago. I'll try to grab some pictures the next time I'm in the neighbourhood.

No. I think the ost above was referring to a townhouse complex under construction adjacent to this property.

There's so much under utilized land around the railway tracks at Elgin Mills, Metrolinx should buy that up and build a second station, if this plan ever comes to fruitition.

Definitely in this area of Vaughan. Markham has done a much better job on Highway 7 and along Enterprise.
