    Toronto Crosstown LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx | Arcadis

I know it is not new news but I live in this area and walk by here every other day probably and it is sickening to have watched this get built with lovely paving, benches, lights being added only to see them partly opened, surrounded by temporary fences before being completely ripped out. Maddening

    Toronto Rogers Stadium at Downsview | ?m | ?s | Live Nation

Almost certainly seems like they will be playing there in August, there has been a couple of independent leaks that point to it. Announcement rumoured for North American dates tomorrow so fingers crossed

Just to add to the increase in sightings. I have been seeing plenty of trains in and out of Mt Dennis this week

Those boxes are ridiculous! I was there on a cold rainy afternoon a few months back and tried a slice for the first time. The pizza was good, better than average but still not worth the ~$7 I paid for a cheese slice IMO but anyway that is another debate...but I had to walk around with the box in...

    Toronto Rogers Centre Renovations | ?m | ?s | Toronto Blue Jays | Populous

I took a quick look at a couple of examples (the only comparable ones I think are Milwaukee and Seattle, the rest are in the south I think and I am too lazy to look into all 7 or however many there are). For the stadium in Milwaukee it is pretty much based on temp 63 Fahrenheit/17.2 Celsius so...

    Toronto Rogers Centre Renovations | ?m | ?s | Toronto Blue Jays | Populous

It was open for almost an entire week straight last year between April 12th thru April 16th. I was at 2 of those games and from memory it was couple of degrees warmer than today but still, it is a shame. it is closed today, it must be right at their threshold to open it

    Toronto 955 Weston | 111.1m | 34s | Haven | Turner Fleischer

Some movement today. Any construction folks know what seems to be going on here? Is this just some testing or the beginnings of them levelling out the site?

    Toronto 1175 Weston Road & 17 Locust Street | 164.92m | 48s | KingSett Capital | Giannone Petricone

Yeah, I live in the area and I would love to see a decent amount of midrise stretches right on Weston, anywhere from Lambton all the way up to Jane. Excited for development to start kicking off in the area, regardless!

    Metrolinx: Presto Fare Card

I have two presto cards as I got one for a friend who was visiting so I will transfer one to the google wallet and throw $10 on the other one and keep it in my wallet just in case

I noticed new signs up at the Mt Dennis station last week and my first thought was how bad the UP signage was. This isn't just the picture, this is what it looks like in person. Same on the more western entrance to the station

It looks like an email just went out with some new info (I think). Attached a few of the images here

    Toronto 3524 Dundas West | 24.92m | 6s | XYZ Storage | Pearce Mccluskey Architects

Just walked by and saw the Beer Store was closed so came here to see what was planned for the site expecting another condo/rental apartments like the new one a few hundred meters further east on Dundas...disappointing to see it is a storage centre but understand the rationale RE: the scrapyard

Ah, I see. You mean this section. Good question and I haven't seen or heard anything on it like the other social sections

I don't think that is glass in the renderings but rather some sort of netting. Beneath the bullpen will probably be where the relief pitchers are while they wait to be asked to warm up

oh boy, I tried to wipe the memory of the drink prices out of my mind from Boston generally but from what I remember I was getting given small bud light cans and they seemed to be about the same price as the regular one taking exchange rates into account
