    Toronto Waterlink at Pier 27 | 43.89m | 14s | Cityzen | a—A

The place could look very nice come summer time, depending on their progress. The landscaping is done nicely, however keeping them in shape could be costly, it doesn't seem they take any winter protection measures for the trees whatsoever, this was a warm winter, in a cold winter this close to...

Does 8 vs 9 feet really matter?

    I've been living in a 10' ceiling condo, having lived in 9' ceiling with 8' in the bedroom. Toronto Tower at Pier 27 | 114.9m | 35s | Cityzen | a—A

That's what the builder told me too. They're down playing the fact that parking lot to the east will be gone too sooner or later.

Waterlink at Pier 27 (Fernbrook Homes, Cityzen) - Real Estate -

No point to make these kind of comments... Some of the condos there are really cheap (price wise), and I'm pretty sure if someone can afford an average 1 bedroom in downtown Toronto you can buy one of those bad location one bedrooms on the north east end of the building. (The poor guys living...

Anyone have estimated closing cost for this place yet? Looking at the horror stories from L Tower it seems like there'll be some nasty surprises.
