Looks like they are still on track to start the main section DT Grand Magazine to York St. in 2027. Going to be fun times ahead 😐

Agreed, far from complete. There is still a lot to go on the retail buildings on the inside court of the towers and towers C & D might look complete from the exterior, but a lot of work still going on. At least 3 months to go on the portions I am apart of.

Just don't close any of the pop-up windows and you should be able to grab it. It usually redirects when you close them. :)

I think that stop (Lebovic) is mainly for when all of that area is redeveloped with all of the condo towers planned for that area. Makes me think of the Northbound Richmond and Queen stops with their spacing being very close. (Downtown I know, but awfully close).

Lots of work going on behind the scenes for the Cloverdale project as not all approvals have been completed yet. It might not go as early as planned, but still work to be done before it can get started anyway. Market is just a setback, but it will come eventually, especially with lease expiries...

Any closure of the Spadina off ramps is going to be hell. Going to be interesting to see how they do it all. It seems so far out now that maybe I won't be working DT anymore haha (East ender). Plus the Ontario Line might be done by then too.

I really hope they redesign these unit sizes... The industry as a whole needs to create livable units and stop with the undersized units with no storage space and no space to do separate things while living with a partner, (basically living on top of each other). For context in sqft. Studio...
