question, how many floors does a usual highrise occupy per week ? would 1 floor per week be realistic? or can it be much faster like 3 floors per week? I hear the 14th floor is occupying in early Jan. how many weeks out would we expect the 30/50/70th floor to occupy?

any other surprises or observations?

Those edges on the balcony glass could be safety concern. Those gaps are I suppose necessary for expansion. As a result we have 90deg right angle glass edges which can be a concern.

The 4 level mechanical in the rendering is likely from the slanted roof version. It's reported the design has since changed to a flat roof. Curious to know if the changes affected the official height of this building.

I'd imagine the top of the crane to be where the mechanical penthouse will top off.

Is the new tower wider than the original design? the original design surprised me in that the tower did not maximise the south/north facing "frontage". Those would certainty fetch a premium for the developer.

were the latest changes initiated by the City or Mizrahi? Be pretty absurd for Mizrahi to propose the initial design only to change it due to "cost". They must know the cost estimate before accepting the design and releasing it to the public

Glad you said it, I withheld those thoughts for fear of sounding silly. looking back it were the pics from Apr 25-28 where I first got the impression "It's getting tall now!"

Hope you are right! Hope it's not a case of us fans being more emotionally invested in the finished product than the developer. then again, the developer may have aimed higher but settled for offers on the table. Fingers crossed we see something unique and popular!

Hope GG will reveal details for the Penthouse on 75th floor! would they go for a single penthouse occupying the whole floor or something more conservative?
