Which of the 1B+D or 1B do you guys like layout wise? I may be interested and wanted to get your opinions. 1D-D and 1D-B look pretty good...also which way would you ideally want to face? Not sure what might go up in that area in 4-5 years!!

I am not as familiar to the area as some of you, but do you guys know which direction would be the best to face? Will anything be built in the future that could block a certain direction? I was thinking North is safe due to the height limit on Queen...not sure about west and east..and looks like...

anyone know how this one is selling? Looks like a prime location ...not a big fan of the layouts but there are some decent ones. What are your guys thoughts on this project?

Anywhere within the 600-800 range..says occupancy OCT 2017..soo might not be around till potentially 2019...

yeup fully sold out..im fairly new to all of this, why are all the ones above 60 not sold? not worth the value?

they still have a few units above the 60th floor...are those units no longer worth it due to the premium you pay to live that high up?
