I was just at the sales centre on Sunday and Phase 2 is 71% sold and it is ahead of schedule. Us Phase 2 folks might be moving in a little sooner than expected. Surely by 2012. :-)

@Mad Max - Thank you! Are you in Phase 1 or 2? Umm as far as I know you are right, the only difference in the higher floored suites (10 and higher) is the marble flooring. I personally didn't want it b/c it's a pain in the you know what when it comes to yearly sealing...marble is soooo porous...
