Darn .... all of a sudden AC is not working again....anybody hitting same problem for today ?

What I mean is the thermostat need to be programmed correctly in order to have cool air come out. the superintendent has to reset something by pressing the heat/cool mode button and the up temp button together and then reset some values.

Hi , just so u guys know, they finally got the correct code to fix the AC thermostat , work like a charm now. so if any of u still have problem , just fill up a service form @ concerige.

Any body has problem with AC , keep blowing out warm air even you set to cool ? and have superintendent reset the thermostat already / reprogram it...

I'm wondering if anybody smell something weird when they get out of the elevator.......especially 8th floor....btw some idiots jam the garbage chute box again on 7 & 8th floor...

Yeah I saw that and agree with u. I also found ppl put their paper boxes inside the garbage room and they should have cut them in pieces and dump them in the chute...
