I just had my PDI... unfortunately quite disappointed as it was a rushed job to get me in. I've got a long list of flaws logged on the PDI form.... dent on fridge, uneven and unfinished patches concrete floors.... So, not happy so far. Let's see how they handle the fixes and repairs...

came across a blog mentioning rebates to buyers.... "cash rebates up to $9,000, PLUS upgrades up to $7,000, PLUS parking & locker included".. that was posted in May (I think).... just wondering if anyone actually got the rebates? and if it's still on-going.... thx.

yes. great info. thank you. a friend also bought there and in the same situation. has anyone who also bought at the Abode requesting interests on the deposit? --- oh nevermind the question. the mutual release form does indicate accured interest to be covered.

hm... if the upgrade + base deposit is stated in your purchase contract then the total amount should be covered as per contract agreement. But I didn't realize they were accepting payments for upgrades this early?!

what is the provision on the deposits paid... interests wise?
