Nice to see some progress. Looks like they are almost done the first vertical lift of walls up to B4 Level? Now just to add the slab on grade and we should start seeing some equipment for suspended parking levels starting up (hopefully in June??).

@Edward Skira Do we want to update the name "The Greenwich Condos at Oakvillage"? clear distinction from the other Greenwich Village?

Looks like it is a very thin concrete "mud slab" which typically have no rebar. The Mat or Raft slab will be poured on top and will have rebar, etc. (like the Crane pad we are seeing being formed in the background)

Lots foundation work to go, and probably some back fill dirt before getting some floors in, probably won't be out of the pit and above grade for 6+ months.

We are 191 pages in on basically a hole in the ground so probably not the first to post something not confirmed? Really was just posting to see if anyone heard anything regarding applications or things that would confirm if anything was actually happening. Which looks like a resounding no.

hahaha, basically we are seeing large excavations for the structural components that will prevent the walls and columns from just sinking into the dirt.

Rumors are there are delays on site currently due to waiting for more rebar (increased rebar requirements to the lower walls and footings) as they are bringing the building drawing sets from around 85 stories (299m to peak) to the advertised 95 stories (TBDm). Waiting to see the updated...

Im counting around 18 floors of concrete, so likely they are working on concrete walls above Mechanical Penthouse Floor?

Thanks for the clarification, I am working on shoring/forming drawings for the "Orange" Phase 4 buildings (Tower 4A/4B) and follow these threads for site progress via photos. Looks like we got just earth shoring and starting excavation of the pit thus far based on @bangkok photos.

I believe the new one that is starting they are calling "Oakvillage Phase 4A/4B" should a new thread be created for this? @interchange42
