"Lemon bridge", "strawberry bridge". Somehow these two phrases have entered my brain. In conversation yesterday, I mentioned that on the way to Cherry Beach you cross the new Lemon bridge. Anyone else use these phrases?

Crane pics Tuesday and Wednesday. They started a 7am today and have just placed the cab up on the extended tower. Not sure if the will continue until dark today to complete the boom and counter weights. Fun to watch, a little more fun than watching paint dry, but takes just as long.

Hi everyone, I showed a high school science teacher (biology, ecology, chemistry, environment) some of the progress on Port Lands recently. Immediate reaction was ""I'd like some info on the project and may get my students to study this"". Does anyone have a suggestion on where to look for or...

Mar 18th 2023 Looks like a couple of crane tower pieces were recently delivered to site. Perhaps to extend this current crane or for a 3rd crane.

The hawk pic is looking up about 18 floors and taken with an iPad hand held in front of a spotting scope. It’s not perfectly vertical so with the perspective it may look a bit off. As for the balcony divider, it appears intentional to have it truncated on an angle. Perhaps to not deter from the...

A few recent pics. This hawk was hanging around harassing pigeons for a few days but appears to have found a different roost during the storm. And the last pic is the recent conc pour still emitting enough heat to melt snow.
