    Mississauga Hurontario-Main Line 10 LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

Exiting 410 to Queen street. Btw I’m still manually deleting my posts. Isn’t this something admins can do. Or are they here just for banning.

    Mississauga Exchange District Condos | 232m | 72s | Camrost-Felcorp | Arcadis

To my favourite UT admins. I have successfully deleted all my posts on this thread so I’ll leave it to my good neighbour dan416 to represent Mississauga. Peace.

    Toronto Rogers Centre Renovations | ?m | ?s | Toronto Blue Jays | Populous

If we’re considered world class recently it’s only because we now have 100 floor towers. Before that we were a bunch of losers. I know that because when you went to the distillery there was nyc art and photography. Because truly torontonians deep down know that’s the place to be.

GO Transit: Construction Projects (Metrolinx, various)

This is correct. It was the second busiest line despite its challenges. Somehow we are supposed to ignore that.

GO Transit: Construction Projects (Metrolinx, various)

Paul I understand everything you are saying about the Milton line. The cost is huge. But it won’t get cheaper. That’s the frustrating part. I’m selfishly speaking as a mississaugan who is 25 kms from union that it seems insane that you can live twice as far and have the same commute because of...

GO Transit: Construction Projects (Metrolinx, various)

I’m happy to pay. I’m sorry I don’t speak for all mississaugans or the mayor. But there’s plenty of projects that are paid for by others.

GO Transit: Construction Projects (Metrolinx, various)

It’s always a cost thing when it comes to Mississauga. We can bury eglinton LRT. We can build underground the Vaughan extension instead of above. We can build the danforth extension as a subway vs a rt conversion. We can bury downtown Brampton lrt. BUT God forbid we spend actual money serving...

GO Transit: Construction Projects (Metrolinx, various)

To make your numbers work you have to highly lean on Kitchener Waterloo which up until recently was a VIA destination. Milton is 55 kms away while kitchener is 110. Guelph is 100 while acton is 75. If we take from Georgetown to Toronto on the Kitchener line vs the Milton line we have...

GO Transit: Construction Projects (Metrolinx, various)

You can add up the populations of all the cities on that route and compare it to the Milton lines populations and you will figure out that is not as lopsided as it sounds. Kitchener 260k Guelph 125k Acton 10k Georgetown 45k Mount Dennis 65k Brampton 800k Milton 155k Mississauga 800k

    Mississauga Hurontario-Main Line 10 LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

Forget about a subway to MCC and the TTC entering Mississauga any other way than serving port credit.

It has to do with keeping port credit a village by creating a quant streetcar and stopping mass development.

    Mississauga Hurontario-Main Line 10 LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

FYI. I was in Sutton the other day at their version of black creek pioneer village. Anyways there used to be a streetcar that served this first cottage community from 1900 to 1930. Maybe this is port credits end game. A streetcar to this almost cottage like community.

    Mississauga Hurontario-Main Line 10 LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

This is true. But part of the LRT promise was this could get up and running pretty quick. Instead because of deferred spending. And changed plans. And construction nightmares things have taken much longer than originally proposed. As a result I can understand someone saying to themselves, or a...

    Mississauga Hurontario-Main Line 10 LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

I’m not encouraging Erin mills development. If 10 extra floors isn’t a big deal then port credit shouldn’t have a problem building it. 30 floors sounds dense if it was anywhere else. It’s not dense when it’s directly beside an all day GO station. For instance hurontario and Eglinton is getting...

Well both Bonnie and Carolyn are both liberal so not exactly Hazel but also not Omar.

Follow closely. The bus terminal at MCC gets 60-70. The cooksville non all day GO station gets 40 floors. The all day Port Credit GO line 30 floors.
