I'm on the 4th floor and my PDI is in the middle of March with a scheduled occupancy towards the end of March. The occupancy date can still change - so who knows. I bought almost 3 years ago so waiting a few weeks is either direction is no big deal. I have to say though, pre-construction is not...

PDI's are starting soon - so occupancy should begin in 4-5 Weeks.. Or even sooner - I can only speak for myself.

There's not going to be a pool. Whoever designed the website must have add that image in by mistake.

Closing date A few weeks ago I received a letter with a revised closing date of March 26 and I'm on the 4th floor. The building is moving very slowly - I think it has something to do with the slow progress on 550 Wellington.
