There are 3 towers totaling more than 2,100 units between 10 York and Harbour plaza + 1 new office tower going up right now in the area. Given the limited retail choice in this neck of the woods, I wouldn't be surprised if this stretch gets busy - unless we are blessed with another drycleaner...

Went to the sales centre over the week end. All west and south facing units are already sold out. The project is 75% sold. Phase 2 and 3 (located east of this project) are coming up next

Apparently Harbourfront center was seeking access to this parking garage (200 queens quay) to have access to another source of revenue. It is currently owned by Public Works and Government Services Canada PWGSC. voxpopulicosmicum: any updates on the redevelopment plan?

What will happen to the parking garage in the background (next to steamwhistle in the picture)? It will be stuck between 10 york and the waterclub towers. Some green space would be great...

Are you guys talking about the parking garage behind the Waterclub towers? Does the plan include retail? I know it is not materialized yet but that would be awesome to get a rough idea of the plan

I apologize in advance for reviving this thread without bringing any updates but I was actually looking for updates on the construction. My understanding is that the project was 90% sold (or even sold out). When do you guys think the construction will start?
