Many of the additional units are on the additional occupiable storey, which was previously the MPH level. There's a repurposing of space going on here, although also some adjustments in the unit layout which is leading to an increase in the total number of units.

The below-grade PATH kind of connection was planned when the subway was proposed below-grade. With the Ontario Line now above grade, there's no reason to be underground.

From Tuesday evening. So neat to see a mass timber building going up!

    Toronto 150 Sterling (Block 3B) | 92.74m | 28s | Marlin Spring | Giannone Petricone

The new site plan application for the residential building is not a T3 building, it is a Marlin Spring development. Hines is only developing the commercial office buildings, and those are the T3s.

Still looks like shit development and architecture from the 80s. Gross

    Mississauga The Ann | 91.6m | 25s | 10 West GO GP | Core Architects

Yep - that's the site. It encompasses the entire block and is right beside the GO Station and future LRT stop. Pretty prime location I'd say! Awesome design! I wish Toronto got more of this type of provocative architecture.

    Toronto Eighty One Wellesley | 97.53m | 28s | Aragon Properties | Core Architects

What an ugly monstrosity. So many blank walls with no windows, and mundan, bland cladding all around. It looks like a jail or 60s institutional building from certain angles. Brutal.

Taken today. It's coming along nicely!

What a disappointment! Rumour had it that a McCafe was moving in which would have been a step up. I wish a nice restaurant was going into that gorgeous building, not some American fried chicken place.

The new public engagement website for East Harbour was just launched. Lots of cool images here! https://www.engageeastharbour.ca/ It looks like the first public open house is next Tuesday.

The Tim Hortons at Parliament and Winchester (in the old Winchester Hotel building) has closed. That's surprising! Rumour has it a McDonald's is taking its place. Also, the new building at Parliament and Amelia with retail space along the street and apartments above seems to be almost done. It...

    Toronto 66 Wellesley Street East | 101.78m | 31s | ONE Properties | S9

The original proposal was WAY too aggressive, and at that time they did NOT own the existing apartment building to the west. They still don't even own the laneway that they were trying to build on. Your theory seems to be totally flawed. The City (IMHO) was totally right to reject the original...

    Toronto 66 Wellesley Street East | 101.78m | 31s | ONE Properties | S9

Wow, that is fat and ugly. Looks like the office tower attached to the Eaton Centre. Also, the attempt to meet the angular plane requirements along Church Street looks ridiculous, with that awkward terrace thing plopped onto the podium.

Toronto The Milan Condominium | ?m | 37s | Conservatory Group | Richmond Architects COMPLETE

Agreed...mundane grey blight in the sky. This is one of the ugliest recent buildings constructed. It's just hideous and looks cheap.

    Toronto 412 Church | 112.46m | 33s | Fitzrovia | bKL Architecture

Got it. So perhaps it means the site is too small to support a tower then? I haven't look into the plans at all, so I'm mostly just playing devil's advocate here...

Wow. The base looks good, but are they serious with that tower? If looks like 3 towers glued together...a massive slab that feels way too big for the site.
