Sorry, even though you @tted me, I'm just seeing this now. The Forum is simply too big to attend to everything quickly anymore, and some things take too long to be addressed. Everything that has gone up on the front page over the years has been credited. I didn't realize that was not the case...

Five retail entrances, one of those up at the corner with Bloor... so depending upon how it's all demised, the 20,970 sq ft of retail space there can be split up a number of ways. The average Shoppers is 10,500 sq ft, so they could go larger than average here are still leave room for four other...

Regarding densification and not expanding sprawl, UrbanToronto types are the choir that you're preaching to, so 'Amen!' It's the architectural question that's generally up for debate though here, so even if we're not getting a masterwork (I agree, there's just not enough money in most budgets to...

I do wonder about members that we haven't seen for a while. While there are other reasons to stop posting to UrbanToronto other than the ultimate, I suspect it will be the exception when we hear of someone's passing... but I wish we knew for certain one way or the other generally, and hope...
