Going by the Aura website, the 79th floor has been divided into 4 penthouses (unless they made a typo), and one of them has been sold. So it looks like there won't be any 18 million dollar top floor penthouse after all.

Still hoping they cover that wide white strip at the base of the curved roof line. I find it a bit distracting and out of place.
