Spoke with Joanna from the city. Apparently Urbancorp still hasnt submitted all the paper work.

I called Joanna last week, she said she had everything except the final condo plan documents. Hopefully she has it now. I'm actually shocked at how aloof the city is about this. There main job is to protect us from scum like Urbancorp. Shame on you Alan Saskin.. slum lord!

This is unreal. Urbancorp is a complete disappointment & the city is incompetent. I thought the role of the planners was to protect the tenants and the people of Toronto. Not sure how Alan Saskin and Urbancorp execs can sleep at night.

When is this building going to register? This is crazy.

The city met with Urbancorp earlier today. The building is set to register early June. Get your mortgages ready.

Thank you for the update. They are bleeding us with this phantom rent. If it doesnt register in the next couple weeks it's definitely time to escalate.

Great location, great building, irresponsible builder and city councilors.

Would be nice to stop paying the builder an occupancy fee.

I called a couple weeks back. They said they were hopeful for end of April.. I guess that's this week.

Occupancy fee's are hurting a lot of people and they just want out. Do you know how hard it is to sell on assignment. This building needs to be registered ASAP. Otherwise people are going to lose money and this building will be majority renters. Fix the elevators for fuck sakes.
