After multiple delays we finally got our Final occupancy day to the new condos. It will be Monday next week January 27. We are moving to the Podium 2nd floor and I assume that is the first occupancy day. Image of the lobby I took Jan 5 is attached

You can use apps like Viber Out or others to send SMS or Call to regular landlines or cellphone number via Wifi network and I tested successfully this theory at St George Station

UPDATE: KING/YONGE digital sighns intersection is live now I really love the idea of those signs. Makes is so clear. Its difficult to see the times under a stationary sign .

I was near the building today and was able to see inside. Phase 1 started to accept first residents. Saw people moving to the second floor in several units. THe fencing is now partually opened so its possible to access the driveway for the first time ! We are in phase 2 so the move is in...
