    Sorry to tell you but the grey pre-cast cost the same as the red. When we use real brick depending on the fabricator the grey usually cost more than the red.

    That makes more sense, in our building the fees are around .85 per sq ft for units with parking. that includes the heat ,water ,garbage and most of the hydro cost.

    The Silva Cells allow for the soil to stay lightly compacted under the concrete, the planting bed will be considerable smaller then where they installed the Silva Cells.

    I believe the areas that they covered with asphalt are going to be planters as they installed Silva Cells in those areas.

    Sorry to say but all builders have the same pipe issues, its more the fault of the trades then the developers. Great Gulf, Pemberton, Tridel, Concord, Menkes, and all other ones have these unfortunate issues.
